We stayed for 5 nights with my in-laws and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The location was quiet but incredibly convenient to the MRT! The hotel is surrounded by great food and coffee in the neighborhood. But most of all the service was exceptional. At check in the noticed it was one of our birthdays and when we returned from dinner that night, there was a cake waiting in our room. Also the happy hour is beyond generous!

The hotel is more than the ordinary in terms of cleanliness, hospitality, amenities . I really value their personal touch for every customer in need. Special shout out to Alex at the front desk and Betti at the dining area. They have given more to us while we stayed here for five nights. What is most particular is the music which they play every after breakfast …. Amazing Grace which gives a person that thankful vibe for everything to happen for the day. I will definitely come back and bring my family .

Outstanding stay at the Les Suites Taipei. The outside signage wasn’t so obvious but once inside, a beautiful lobby, efficient check in staff, a nice sitting area with seating facing a fireplace that opens up to all the upper floors. The room was large and had a separate bedroom with writing desk. Bathroom was large with a heat lamp, shower and bathtub. Breakfast was excellent on the ground floor. There is a small gym accessed by going through the back of the restaurant area. There are two metro lines just within 100m of the hotel and many restaurants all around it on that block

The rooms are very nice, service is impeccable, and we were a block from a train station. A big surprise was how wonderful their breakfast buffet is and their "happy hour" wine and amazing food. We would go back again for sure.

This is a wonderful hotel with a great location. It’s near the brown line, MRT, and a short walk to the green line. There’s lots of great eating in the neighborhood. We had a corner suite, which is a wonderful room and not badly priced. The breakfast buffet is very good. This is our second stay here and it’s been Great like the first. My only complaint about the room is the shower only has an option for an overhead rain mode, or holding the wand. You can’t mount the wand on the wall to get a regular angled shower. The overhead rain shower is also kind of low. I am 5 foot 10 and did not have a lot of clearance. The hotel is on relatively quiet streets, and the outside noise was not a problem for me. We were on the fifth floor. The air conditioning is a little rumbly, but at least it’s a constant drone with no surprising on off noises.
